Alice L. Smith Obituary
Alice Lee Smith (nee Jones) was the daughter of the late Eileen and Arthur Jones. She was born on July 23, 1926 in Chicago, Illinois. She departed this life Monday, December 9, 2019 in Cincinnati, Ohio, surrounded by her family.
Alice confessed Christ at an very early age. She was devoted to the study of the Word of the Lord.
Alice was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She never met a stranger. Everyone loved her infectious smile. Her home was the center of the community.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her beloved sons, James R. Welch and Arthur Welch (Donna); devoted daughters, Kathy Daniels, Rachel Burgess (William) and Tisha Neblett (Dale); 20 grandchildren, 61 great-grand-children, 70 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
