Angela Smith Swann

Angela Lynette Smith-Swann, 48, passed away July 1, 2019, with her family by her side. She was born to Shirly and the late Leo Swann, September 3, 1970, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

She graduated from Withrow High School in 1989.

Angela is survived by three sisters, Reba Harden, Gloria Swann and Remeka Swann; three children, Dennis Smith, Anthony Smith and Ashley Smith. Angela was a beloved daughter, a loving sister, a caring mother and a warmhearted grand-mother to five grandchildren, Denzel Smith, Traevon James, Anthony Smith, Jr., Tavion James and Ariyiah Smith.

Angela had dedicated over 20 years of service as a Patient Care Assistant at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. She always enjoyed the work that she did and the relationships she made with patients and families. From her work, she learned the meaning of patience and dedication. These skills she worked to pass on to her children. Angela was immensely proud of her family, and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories.

Angela was loved by many: family, friends and acquaintances. She will be missed.
