Damia Lee-Ann Barnett

Damia Lee Ann Barnett was born to parents Shani and DeJore Barnett, Sr. on September 25, 2015, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Damia departed this life on Friday, October 5, 2018.

Damia, known to family and friends as “Fatter” brought joy and happiness toeveryone she touched. She had a smile that could light up the room and a personality to match.

Damia loved Minnie Mouse, dancing, protecting her siblings and eating her favorite snack, Cheese Puffs. She also loved going to church, which she joyfully called, “Her Hallelujah Place.”

Damia was loved by all who met her and will be greatly missed.

She leaves to cherish her fond memories: her parents, Shani and DeJore Barnett, Sr.; her twin brother, DeJore Barnett, Jr.; her sisters, Savea Jones, Saryia Jones and SaNiya Barnett; her grandparents, Teresa Jones (Ya-Ya), Ronnie Combs, Dian Barnett (Gi-Gi) and Ryan Phillips; her uncles, Elijah Combs and Demarchay Barnett; great uncles, Craig Jones and Jamel Jones (Dina); great-great uncle, Dallas Hall; great-grandparents, Terry and Brenda Jones; godparents, Talisha and Isaac Purdie; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and other loved ones.
