James Quinn (Curly), better known as “Junior” was born in Birmingham, Alabama on March 26, 1943, to James Peter Quinn and Mildred Lee Quinn (Curly). He departed this life on October 3, 2018.
His family moved to Middletown in 1948. James attended Middletown City Schools. Hejoined the Military shortly after graduation.
“Junior” is preceded in death by his parents, James Peter Quinn and Mildred Lee Quinn (Curly); brothers, Freddie Quinn, Marvin Quinn and Daniel Quinn “Bean”; sisters, Jean Curly and Suzette Quinn; and his late wife, Brenda Quinn.
James enjoyed fishing, music and being around family and friends. James was a caring person and enjoyed helping family. James (Junior) had a smile that lit up the room when he entered.
James leaves to cherish his precious memories: two sisters, Janie Quinn of Middletown, Ohio and Gloria Quinn Stone of Birmingham, Alabama; stepson, Wendell Scott; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and a family friend, Henry Holmes.
James will be greatly missed by a host of very close friends and family.
