Obituary

Michael Anthony Williams was affectionately known as “Booman” by friends and family. He was born on November 4, 1982 at 1:05 a.m. at Bethesda Hospital to Michael and Carolyn Williams.

Booman worked for Metro Security before his untimely death. Booman was a Rastafari. His greatest joy was being a father to his children: Ai’juah and Mezekiah Williams.

Booman started writing at age five when he wrote his first book. He attended Harmony Community School where he furthered his writing and got introduced to music and art. He later received his GED.

Booman extended his love for music by start-ing a rap group called Front-Line-Souler. He started his own record label called GTO. Some of his rap sung names were: K-Freeze, Ghost, Knowledge and Boozvilla.

Booman was preceded in death by his grand-parents, Creola Hillman, Willie Hillman and Nellie Williams.

Booman leaves to cherish his memory: his parents, Michael and Carolyn Williams; his children, Ai’juah and Mezekiah; his siblings, Shironna and Keisha Williams, Ronnell and Michael Jordan; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

Booman was a kind, caring and loving man. He will truly be missed.
