Otis D. Williams

Otis D. Williams was born on February 13, 1951 to Shedrick and Theolene Williams.  He was the fifth of 10 children.  Otis was preceded in his home going by parents Shederick, Theolene and brother Shedrick, Jr.

Otis will be truly missed by his wife Cheryl; Children: Nicole, Darryl (Callena), Danielle and Niaura (Kelvin);  Siblings:  Bonita Alice, Selena, Wendall, Renee, Tony, Teddy, and Terry.  6 grandchildren, 1 great grand daughter and a host of loving nieces, nephews, family and friends. 

Otis loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.  He was the biggest fan of the Bengals.  Anybody that knew him, knew he loved a good laugh and a good meal and boy did he know how to tell a story.
