Pauline Beatrice Hamilton was born on February 24, 1931 in Bryantsville, Kentucky to the late Guvus and Mattie Susie Coomer. She had 12 siblings who preceded her in death: Milton, Willie Mack, Lorenzo, Elizabeth, Ophelia, Mattie Pearl, Matthew, Guvus, Margaret, Mary, Josephine and Jefferson.
After graduating from Lancaster High School, she relocated to Cincinnati, Ohio where she was united in Holy Matrimony to R.K. Hamilton (deceased). To that union, two children were born: Victoria Lynn and Ricky Ricardo. Pauline was employed by Frisch’s Mainliner, where she was a waitress for 36 years. Pauline did not meet a stranger and the people who knew her, adored her. She always did her best and was always there when some-one needed her. Her favorite quotes were “Keep Hope Alive” and “One day at a time.” Not only did she believe that, she lived it every day.
After becoming ill earlier this summer, Pauline departed this earth on September 1, 2019 to join her son, Ricky Ricardo and grandson, Christopher Hamilton “Booby”.
She leaves to cherish her memory: one brother, Delbert Coomer of Cherry Hill, New Jersey; two daughters, Victoria Hamilton and Sandra Offord; three nieces, Myrtle Smith, Betty Jo Offord and Sandy Black; five grandchildren, Shannon Offord, James Thomas, Dana Thomas, Neico McClain and Nia Furr; four great-grand-children, Savannah Madison, Addison Grace, Christana Dean and Ruby Dee; and a host of family and friends.
