She enjoyed talking to people on all levels in a very positive way. She enjoyed shopping and talking on the phone to her siblings, children, family, friends and neigh-bors. She was a loving, caring mother to all her children and grandchildren. She loved all of her family and friends. Our friends called her Mother Rachel! She had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh. She always enjoyed talking about the Lord and reading her Bible. She loved God, and encouraged all of her children to love God first and to have a personal relationship with him.
She leaves to cherish her memory: 2 brothers, Benny Hale (Linda) of Illinois and Lapawn Carter (Katherlyn) of Alabama; 1 sister-in-law, Reverlee Carter of California; 3 loving daughters, Vickie Borum, Quinesta Daniels (Harry) and Dimples R.
