Annellen Pritchett was born on August 26, 1943 to the late Joseph L. Moon and Pearl Lee Eberhart Moon in Cincinnati, Ohio.
She was married to William (Bill) Pritchett. They celebrated 55 years of marriage before his passing in 2019. They loved to go on trips to Mackinac Island in Michigan and go bowling with friends for fun.
Annellen, known also by her nickname Mikki, had a joyful spirit and a quick wit. She could always be trusted to give her honest opinion about any topic from family matters to current events. Prior to her husband’s passing, she resided in Columbus, Ohio where she could often be found walking her faithful dog, Neo, through the neighborhood and greeting her neighbors. She cherished her time with the Knights of Peter Claver - Ladies Auxiliary and attended St. Thomas Catholic Church in Columbus for over 20 years. Annellen dedicated her career to healthcare, serving as a medical laboratory technician for Ohio Health from the beginning of her career until her retirement.
Annellen was preceded in death by her siblings, Betty Moon, Antoinette Williams, Stephanie Decker, and Joseph Moon.
She is missed by 3 children - Deirdre (Sherman) McClain and Nicole Pritchett; her son - William Pritchett III; her brother Kenneth Moon and her sister Rochelle Freeman; her grandchildren – Adrian McClain, Evan McClain , Kayla McClain, Micah Pritchett, Sarah Heilig, and William Pritchett IV; her great-grandchildren Rodrigo (Zay), Tyion, and Tylei; as well as many other friends and family members.
