Anthony Wayne Tribble was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on June 5th, 1954 to the late Aline (Tillman) Tribble Hunley and Frank Tribble Jr.
He was lovingly known as "Trib" by his family and friends. He attended Madisonville Elementary School, Lyon Jr. High and Withrow High School. As a young child, Anthony was baptized at his family's safe haven, Gaines United Methodist Church, Cincinnati, Ohio.
Anthony worked for many years as a heavy equipment operator at Fernald Preserve. He also worked for the IRS and most recently for Cincinnati Health Network.
Anthony was blessed with three loving children, two sons and a daughter. On Christmas Eve 2003, Anthony joined in holy matrimony with Kimbra L. Young of Toledo, Ohio.
Anthony was a people person. He loved to make you laugh and he loved helping people. He would give you the shirt off of his back. He loved sports, especially boxing and football. Anthony loved to collect old treasures and give them new life with his handy and creative skills. He loved his family fiercely. He was a great example of what "love" looks like.
On Superbowl Sunday, February 8, 2026, Anthony was called home to glory.
He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife of twenty-two years, Kimbra Tribble. Three children, Donte (Candace) Tribble, Anthony Tribble Jr. and Ashley Tribble. Three sisters, Gwendolyn (James) Harris, Connie (Wilbur) Powell, Jackie Tribble and a brother Douglas Tribble. He also leaves a brother-in- law, Mark (Linda) Young, and sisters-in-law, Tonya Young, Anita (Dean) Eberhard, and Sheryl Seavers. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Lawrence Tribble Sr. He also leaves behind two grandchildren, Noah and Narvis Tribble. He will be missed by his aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and the Madisonville community.
