Antonio M. Lewis, Sr. Obituary

Antonio Monte Lewis (Tony) departed from this world on October 5, 2024, after a short battle with illness, but not before living a rich, full, productive life.

On March 23, 2000, he married the love of his life, Brandey Henry, and together they raised six children in their home. He also spent time with another child who did not live in the home, but was loved just the same as if he was there.

Tony attended Walnut Hills and Withrow High Schools, before obtaining his GED in June of 1989, then enlisting in the Army of that same year. He was a Private First Class and served in both Gulf wars. He achieved numerous achievement medals with continuous honorable service.

Tony taught himself various computer skills through online classes, and ultimately became an IT specialist. He did taxes and worked from home as a Travel Agent for Delta. Tony loved learning new things, reading books and watching politics. He was very opinionated and argumentative. Some of his favorite things were Grippo’s barbecue potato chips, hot metts, grilling out in any weather and listening to Jazz. He was a big Bengals fan, but his favorite past time was spending time with his grandchildren.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Brandey; his children, Brittani Henry (Bryce Jr.), Demicco Henry, Brandon McBee, Dai’Ron Henry-Lewis, Antonio Lewis, Jr. (Deangelo, Antonio 3rd), Kendaal Lewis and Sebastian Lewis (Aveen); his parents, Ivy Frye (Michael) and James Huckleby; his siblings, Ilisha Lewis, Jamie Huckleby and James R. Huckleby; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He will be greatly missed.
