Charles Edward Bell, Jr.

Charles Edward Bell, Jr. was born on November 27, 1957, to the late Charles Bell, Sr. and Julia Jones Bell in Memphis, Tennessee. On March 27, 2025, his Heavenly Father was ready for him and called him home.

Charles, affectionately called “Junior” was the oldest of four children: Marilyn, Clarence and Fay (deceased). His education began at Madisonville Elementary School, Lyons Jr. High School and Withrow High School, class of 1976.

Charles was baptized at New Mission Missionary Baptist Church, at an early age. Charles loved his job when he worked at Hilton Davis Company. He loved his family and friends. He was ready to help someone in need.

Charles leaves to cherish his memory: wife, Marie Bell; children, Dante Bell and LaKeisha Bell; grandchildren, Destinee Bell and Kayden Bell; mother, Julia Bell; sib-lings: Marilyn Ndiaye (Raheem - deceased) and Clarence Bell, Sr. (Jackie); a very special aunt, Otellia Moss of Chicago, Illinois; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
