Clarence A. Snow was Born on November 25, 1966 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Clara Ruth and Charles Snow. He departed this life into glory on March 31, 2021. At the age of six years old, Clarence gave his life to Jesus Christ. He attended the Bethel Baptist Church in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he was an active member of the Youth Choir, the Voices of Bethel, and the Men’s Choir. He attended Vacation Bible School, and was a member of the Young Davids. He could also play a mean drum! Clarence attended Hyde Park Elementary School, The School for Creative and Performing Arts, and Withrow High School. After graduating he attended the University of Cincinnati, and later Barber School, where he earned his barber’s license. Clarence worked for the City of Cincinnati in the Parks and Sanitation Divisions and was known in the city as the “Master Barber Extraordinaire.”

Singing and acting held a special place and Clarence’s life. Through his love for music, he was afforded wonderful opportunities where he performed Broadway musicals; ranging from Cincinnati’s Playhouse in the Park to New York City. He’s worked and performed with such greats as Donald Lawrence, Ann Nesby of Sounds of Blackness, and the late Charles Fold. He was also a part of a great musical community, where he sang in groups such as Kenny Smith’s Peace & Serenity, C.I.T.Y. Clarence also loved people and it was through these amazing experiences, where he developed some of the most incredible and life lasting relationships. Clarence was a caring, compassionate gentle soul. He was a truly kind, fun-loving, and had a smile that could brighten anyone’s day.
