David Robert Brown, Sr., age 84, passed away succumbing to cancer, on Monday, June 27, 2022. He was born on November 6, 1937, in Glassboro, New Jersey.

David was an over the road truck driver for many years. He retired, driving truck for Camden City Public Works. He loved fishing, hunting, and watching his old western movies. David lived life to the fullest, on the road, being stylish, and hanging out with family and friends. He absolutely loved spending time with his family.

David joins a brother, Marvin and leaves to cherish in his memories: his daughter, Monica Bell (Willie) and son, David (Chanda Kaye); three brothers, Sinclair, Joseph and Darryl; one sister, Michele Brown-Vives; seven grandchildren, Glen (Tawana), Yasir (Veronica Murray), Kareem, Nicholas, Mia, Jaylen and Elijah; 15 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends he dearly loved.
