Dorothy Sue Withers was born September 10, 1959 in Lexington, Kentucky to the parents of Mae Keeton and James Guyn. She was the oldest of six siblings.
She obtained her G.E.D. and then became a Sorter for the City of Georgetown, Kentucky. She was a devoted mother of six children. She was the amazing grandmother to 22 grandchildren, whom she absolutely adored. Dorothy was known to her grandchildren and others as “Nana”. She was devoted, caring, loving and compassionate. Her mission in life was to give that love, not only to her children and grandchildren, but to family and friends as well. Her big bright smile, big personality and beautiful spirit will be missed by everyone who loved her.
She was preceded in death by: her father, James; sister, Drusella; and nephew, James Alcorn.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her mother, Mae Keeton; her siblings, Larry, Lou, George, Peggy and Marcus; her children, Julian, Tawana, Stephon, Stephanie, Anthony and Tetra; 22 grandchildren and four great grandchildren
