Dwaine began his life’s journey on May 15, 1959 to Thomas Edwards Brocks and Pearlie Mae Gould of Cincinnati, Ohio.
He attended Robert A. Taft High School. At an early age Dwaine accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at Golden Gate Baptist Church in Cincinnati, Ohio.
He was a very loving person. He enjoyed his family and friends. Dwaine enjoyed fishing and all sports. His family was everything to Dwaine.
On May 6, 2021, Dwaine passed away peacefully in his home.
Dwaine was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ethel Dale, Jim Jenkins, Pricilla Mixon and Willis Brocks; mother, Pearlie Mae Brocks; sisters, Retina (Brocks) Toney and Tammie Brocks, Alberta Tremble and Deshawn Brocks; and niece, Sacandria (Coco) Brocks.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his father, Thomas Brocks of Cincinnati, OH; a beloved daughter, Dwaina Young; his soulmate, Janice Young; sisters, Pricillia (Claude) Salmon, Patricia Brocks of South Pittsburg, TN, Rosemary (Jeff) of Huntsville, AL and Keyonia Peterson of Cincinnati, OH; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Dwaine loved everyone with all his heart and soul. In the true spirit of Dwaine, let us continue to spread his love and enjoy each other’s presence.
