Frank Edward Jones

Frank Edward Jones passed away from this life peacefully on Thursday, May 8, 2025, in Cincinnati, Ohio.  Born to Rosemary Jones and Melvin Foster on July 9, 1953, he was 71 years old.  He was a beloved father, brother, grandfather, uncle, son and friend. 

During his life, Frank attended Withrow High School, worked and retired from Smucker’s.  In his later years, he became an active and faithful member at The House of Joy Christian Ministries where he served as an usher and assisted with many tasks that were needed at the church.

Family and Friends will remember Frank as helpful, enjoyed sports and cars and family time.

Frank was married to Jaquilla “Jackie” Jones who proceeded him in death in November 2010.

He leaves to cherish his precious memory: (2) daughters- Crystal Jones-McNeil and Nijah Adams (Julius); (1) son- Markus Jones, Sr.; (9) grand-children; Alexys McNeil, Za’Kaya Thornton, Tamara Thornton, Jada Mimes, Kayliaha Thornton, Brooklyn Williams, Royalty Adams, Suni’ray Jones, Markus Jones, Jr. (2) Great-Grandchildren; Zara Ballew and Zacari Ballew; (9) sisters- Beverly Jones, Quenstella Tolbert (Benjamin), Pamela Jones, Melvina Foster-Davis, Tonya Jones, Pamela Grant(Danny), Ruth Lamb (Donnie), Cynthia Pritt (Mike), Dense Foster, (3) brothers; Larry Jones, Derrick Jones (Chinessa) and Buster Foster; step-mother; Mary Jane Foster.  Proceeding him in death are  mother-Rosemary Jones, father-Melvin Foster, and sisters- Janiff Jones and Baby Karen.   Frank also has many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends that will dearly miss him.
