Frankie Smith was really a loving soul, especially to her daughters, Lisa, Sherry and Inger. However, she believed in discipline; just ask Lisa and Inger who she's survived by.
She was born in a time discipline was expected - July 3, 1944.
She met their father, Robert Smith around 1959 or 1960 at a place, then called Central High School. He was the thuggish type with processed hair. She actually didn't like him at first, but she grew to love him and they were married July 28, 1963. His birthday was July 29th, so she always said she was his birthday present.
Many years later, she joined and was baptized at New Life Temple Church in Madisonville. Her main purpose in life was to marry Robert, have children, and have a home. She didn't get the home, but now has a heavenly home. GOD bless you Frankie Smith.
She's always in the memories of her two daughters, Lisa and Inger; (Sherry preceded her in passing about six months ago); two granddaughters, Darlene and Larrisa; two grandsons, Joshua and Omar; sisters, Elaine and Marlene; brothers, Ralph, Billy, Michael and Lonnie; many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
She was also preceded in death by her brother and sisters, Louis, Darlene and Kathy.
A precious one from us is gone, a voice we loved is still.
A place is vacant in our home, which never can be filled.
