Frankie Jo Bishop

Frankie Jo Bishop affectionately known as “Frankie Jo” entered eternal rest on June 4th 2026 at the age of 54. Frankie was born on December 31st 1971 in Middletown Ohio, where she spent all of her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Winton Bishop and Chaney Bishop, her sisters Holly Michelle McIntosh and Sherry Lynn Ferguson. Frankie was a mother and homemaker.

She found happiness in life’s simple pleasures ; loved shopping, searching for unique antiques, and tending to her beautiful gardens.

She leaves to cherish her memory her two sons Billy Wayne Fugate JR and David Michael Vest, Her daughter Leah Rennee Vest, and her grandchildren Jay’Lei Love’Jreyme Jester and Quan’Dir Jemal Bentley Keith, brothers Shawn Anthony Bishop and Shane Allen Bishop, also a hosts of family and special friends.

Her legacy will live on through her family, especially her beloved grandchildren, who brought endless joy to her life. Her gentle presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
