Fred Baggett, Jr.

Fred Baggett Jr. was born January 19, 1950 in Pensacola, FL to Fred and Alfornia Baggett.

He graduated from Middletown High School in 1968. Fred served in United States Marine Corp in Vietnam from 1969-1971.

He met his wife, Priscilla on June 5, 1975 and the two married in October 1976. To this union two sons were born; Stefhan "Mickey" and Fred "Pookie".

Fred worked as a construction worker for 30 years and retired from Barrett. He was an amazing fisherman, a great Papa and overall a very loved man. He enjoyed attending the Middies football and basketball games with his brother Eddie, sitting on the porch and chowing down on fried chicken.

He was preceded in death by his father Fred Baggett Sr., his mother Alfornia Baggett, sister Belinda Henderson, nieces Shawn Kendricks and Christy Henderson, brother-in-law Willie Kendricks, Uncle Theodore "Ted" Lewis, Aunt Minnie Lewis, and cousin Edward "Blue" Lewis.

Fred leaves to cherish his loving wife of 48 years, Priscilla Baggett; two sons, Stefhan (Tiffani) Baggett and Fred (Kathy) Baggett III; six grandchildren: Kaylee Baggett, Stefhan and Alexis Walker, Evan, Maleah, and Alana Baggett; one great-grandchild, Daniyah "Gee Gee" Gamble; his brother Eddie Baggett; sister Annie Kendricks; and a host of beloved nieces and nephews.

Fred also leaves to cherish the memories with a very special lifelong friend, Walter Derrico.

Fred will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
