Fred Roberson Sr., a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and pillar of faith, peacefully departed this earthly life on March 23, 2024, to join his Heavenly Father. Born on July 17, 1951, in Claxton, Georgia, Fred was the fourth child of nine born to Elder Isaac Roberson Sr. and Eloise Roberson. From his earliest days, Fred's life was marked by a steadfast commitment to God.
Throughout his career, Fred's hands skillfully crafted and repaired, leaving an indelible mark on projects such as the Zimmer Power Plant in Moscow, Ohio, and endeavors in Monet, Missouri, and Buffalo, New York. His work can be seen locally at the Valley Homes, Paul Brown Stadium, many churches, and homes across Cincinnati. In 1983, he ventured into entrepreneurship, founding his own HVAC company (Roberson Sheet Metal), a testament to his entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to excellence. Fred retired in February 2013, leaving behind a legacy of hard work and integrity.
Fred leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, and service. He is preceded in death by his loving parents Isaac Roberson Sr. and Eloise Roberson; his sisters Patricia Mineer and Linda Lowry; his brothers Isaac Roberson Jr. and Horace Roberson; his brother in laws Greg Lowry Sr. and Napolean Coleman Jr.
His memory lives on in the hearts of his beloved wife Letta Roberson; daughters Lanetra and Loretta Roberson; his son Fred Roberson Jr. (Althea); his grandchildren Camryn, Ida, and Emery; his siblings Mary Jane Coleman, Sally Roberson, Darnell Roberson, and Dennis Roberson (Theresa); his sister in laws Sandra Roberson and Felecia Roberson, a special niece Pastor Nikol Lanier., and a host of family and friends. As we mourn his loss, we take comfort in the assurance that we will meet again in God's eternal kingdom. To God be the glory for the life of Fred Roberson Sr., a faithful servant who touched the lives of many.
