Gail L. Lackey

Gail Lynette Lackey (Rasool) born on November 29, 1959 in Cincinnati, OH to Rasheeda and John Noy.  She worked as a loan officer for Hartland Loan Finance before retiring due to disability.  In 1983, while serving on the baptismal committee at Bethel Apostolic Church, Gail met Paul.  They married on December 3, 1983.  During their 37 years, 4 children were born to their union, Terrance Leandre, Pauliesha Nichole, Rekita Latrice and Paul Edward IV.  Gail’s passion was for her grandkids.

Gail left her earthly body early Wednesday morning April 8^th.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Angela (Zach) Thomas and grandson, Cameron Walker, loving known as “Binky”.

She leaves to mourn, Paul, her devoted husband of 37 years.  Her 4 loving children, Terrance Leandre, Pauliesha, Rekita and Paul Edward IV.  13 grandchildren.  Brother, Delbert Rasool, Sister, Johnita Noy, niece, Vernisha Mitchell, a host of in-laws and friends.
