Gary Shanda Lee Walker Obituary

Gary Shanda Lee Walker was born in Cincinnati, OH to Ayesha Keys and Gary Walker, Jr. on February 10, 1994. Gary was affectionately known as Lil “G” to his family and friends.

As a child, he attended St. Frances Seraph and later attended Woodward, then eventually Lakota East from where he graduated in the Class of 2012.

As a kid, Lil “G” was a loving, smiling and joyful child. His smile was “contagious”. Everywhere he went, people always said, That boy always having a smile on him and was a giving person. He always addressed his elders as Ma and Sir.

Growing up, Lil “G” played baseball, football and enjoyed playing basketball and his playstation.

By the time Lil “G” was in high school, he had made his mind up that he was going to be his own entrepreneur. So, he started investing his time and money into real estate classes and attending seminars to broaden his interests into the real estate profession. All while holding his first job down at Krogers.

After graduating from Lakota East High School in 2012, Gary moved down to Ruston, LA and worked as an Acquisition Specialist for some of the cities multi-millionaire Real Estate Investors.

After attending seminars and implementing strategies that he learned, it gave him a bigger idea of how he could become something much better than an acquisition specialist. So he continued to improve his marketing technique in order to find deals for real estate investors, landlords and first time home buyers. After having some success with real estate in Ruston, LA, Gary decided to move back to his hometown of Cincinnati because he knew there were a lot more opportunities in the Midwest than the south, in the residential real estate market.

So, Gary Walker Capital & Partners was formed to create value within the community and to allow investors to participate and reap the benefits of residual income from residential real estate.

He was preceded in death by his uncle, Antwan Keys and his grandmother, Lenatha Wells.

Gary leaves behind: his parents, Ayesha Keys and Gary Walker, Jr. (LaToya); siblings, Anna, Gabriel, Alexander and Christopher; his grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends and special friend, Mackenzie Elise Engel.
