"Glenn" Robert Williams

August 26, 1967 ~ May 8, 2022 (age 54)

Robert Glenn Williams was born on August 26, 1967 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Arthur James and Delores Williams. With the union of Delores Williams to James Washington, a strong bond was formed between father and son.

Glenn’s first job was at his father’s business, Washington Limousine Service and then Kings Island. He was currently employed at Luxottica.

Glenn attended North Avondale Elementary and graduated from Woodward High School in 1986. After graduation, Glenn attended Kentucky State University before joining the Ohio Army National Guard with his Best Friend of 40 years, Sean McMillian.

God called Glenn home on Sunday, May 8, 2022. Glenn is preceded in death by his Father, James Washington and Brother, Harvey Williams. Glenn leaves to cherish his memory: his Mother, Delores Washington; Daughter, Erin Marie Williams; Son, Miles Alexander Williams; Girlfriend, Lisa Riley; Five Sisters, Ginger (Tony), Angela (Brady) Milton, Lalita Washington, Ebony Washington and Dominique Carter-King; Six Brothers, Barry (Ruth) Washington, Donny (Latrina) Washington, Teddy Weaks, Jarwin Washington, Rahsaan Washington and William Mines; Close Nieces, Jordan Williams and Kiara (Darius) White; Close Nephew, Corey Williams; and a host of other family and friends near and far.

Glenn was family oriented and frequently spoke highly of his mother and two children.

Glenn loved golfing, cooking, and was a local fixture around the talk radio community, as a regular on the Nathan Ivey and Lincoln Ware Shows.

“Glenn from Mason”, a.k.a. Same Ole G and Swiggle Wiggle was known to be extremely argumentative, but knowledgeable. Earning him the name, “The Mason Mauler”, his larger than life presence lead to the launch of his own Politically Petty Podcast. “Same Ole G” was quoted to have had the best “Meet the Press” perspective on social media for his analysis of the 2020 Debates. It was definitely one for the books.

Brother, you have signed off, but not to be forgotten.
