Henry Gamble

Henry Chester Gamble was born June 27, 1946. He lived a full and vibrant life until his departure on August 2, 2025. At an early age he joined Pleasant Gap Baptist Church in Spring Garden, AL. He graduated from Cherokee County High School in 1965. His work life consisted of Jacksonville Cotton Mill and Diamond Shamrock Company in Cedartown, Ga. He relocated to Middletown, OH, in his early adulthood and worked for Akers Paper Company for 35 years.

Henry was preceded in death by his parents, Grudgle and Pearl Gamble, two brothers - Wallace (Christanna) Gamble and Willie (Wanda) Gamble, two sisters – Mary Pearl Gamble and Rachel Diamond, three nephews – Terry (Elaine) Gamble, Jerry (Kristen) Gamble, and Charlie (Sheila) Gamble, and one niece Regina (Valentino) Hall. Henry is survived by his son – Tyrone Gamble, one brother – Walter (Willa Joe) Gamble, two sisters – Carrie Anne (Gene) Donaldson, and Ruby (Walter) Green, and a beloved group nieces, nephews, and cousins.
