Jacqueline Annette "Fatima" Way was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on December 7, 1972, daughter of Dollie Straughn. She was the second born of six siblings, including James Maurice Runyon.
Jacqueline departed this life on January 17, 2025. She grew up in Bond Hill and attended Woodward and West High. She met her husband, Calvin Way, in Cincinnati, got married, and had three beautiful children. Jacqueline was a very loving woman who cared deeply for her family.
Jacqueline leaves to cherish her memory: her mother, Dollie (Allan) Straughn; her father, James Runyon; her son, Asadullah Rakeem Way; her daughter, Qamar Precious Way; her brothers, James Maurice Runyon, Christopher, and Rico Jackson; her sister, Gina Cook; her sister-in-law, Leah Runyon; her niece, Maura Runyon; and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Also to mention the memory of the losses for James Cook (brother, passed in 2021), Aishia Flowers Way (daughter, passed in 2021), and Calvin Way (husband, passed in 2022); and all who loved Jacqueline very much but preceded her in death.
