James William Webb, Jr. was the only child of the late James and Edith Webb. He was born on May 21, 1928 in Covington, Kentucky. He passed away on June 2, 2021 at Hospice of Cincinnati, Ohio.
James graduated from William Grant High School in 1948, Covington, Kentucky. He enlisted in the Navy in 1952 and was honorably discharged in 1956.
James was united in holy matrimony to the late Johnnie Ruth White Webb and out of this union, two sons and one daughter was born.
James retired from the Cincinnati Milacron; and after retirement, he worked part time at Cincinnati Association for the Blind.
James accepted Christ at a young age and was a member of Ninth Street Baptist Church. He loved the Lord and led a peaceful life. He enjoyed watching professional wrestling, eating ice cream and cookies after lunch.
Left to cherish his precious memories: daughter, Edie Webb; two sons, Greg (Barbara) Webb and Randy (Terry) Webb; four grandchildren, Kenell, Kirby, Tracy and Lesley; three great-grandchildren, Krue, Olivia and Koi; sister-in-law, Fannie Hill; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, including Mark Love and Dwan Lee who were considered his bonus son and daughter.
