Janet C. Brock

Janet Carol Brock, 66 years old of Fairfield, Ohio, passed away on Monday, April 26, 2021 at Mercy Hospital in Fairfield, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Darrell Brock; sister, Glenda Barker; and parents, Earl and Hazel Brock.

She is survived by her six children, Shara McSwain, Heather McSwain, Amy McSwain, Jenniffer Clark, Billie McSwain and Suzanne Clark; her grandchildren, Chad, Valerie, Brenden, Megan, Ryenn, Olivia, Gabriella, Will, Logan, Devin, Daelen and Reece; six great-grandchildren; brothers, Ronald Brock and James Brock; sisters, Bonnie Lake and Joyce Lykins; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Janet grew up in Lockland, Ohio. She had a long standing career in property management. After retirement, she focused on her family throughout the years. She enjoyed traveling and telling those experiences with others. Janet loved to tell stories, laughed, and lived life to the fullest. She had wisdom beyond her years. She was generous and thoughtful. Janet was always there for guidance and support. Many would describe her as humble and kind. Her smile would light up a room. She was everybody’s “Mom”. She was the glue that held the family together. She believed in God and always had faith in the Lord. She never met a stranger and her door was always open. She encouraged and inspired everyone to be the best they could be. We lost a Mother, Sister, Aunt, Cousin and Friend, but Heaven gained an Angel.
