Jerry Jackson, 52, passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2024, in Deer Park, Ohio, unexpectedly. He was born on September 7, 1972, in Cebu Philippines to Erlinda (Abellanosa) Jackson.
Jerry is survived by his parents, Donald and Erlinda (Abellanosa) Jackson. Sister, Diana (Jackson) Richard. Brother, Mark Jackson. Brother, Gary (Mayra) Yates and their children, Angelo, Allen and Abigail. Nephew, Solomon (Felicia) Richard and their children, Delilah and Malachi. Niece, Yohanna (Quentin) Mayweather and their children, Oz and Gia. Nephew, Obadiah Richard. Niece, Sarai Richard. Nephew, Samuel Whitty. Jerry didn’t have any children of his own, but loved all his nieces and nephews with all his heart and treated them as his own. Jerry is also survived by many aunties, uncles, cousins, plus friends and coworkers who he also considered his family.
Jerry moved to Deer Park, Ohio in May 1992 with his family from San Diego, California. Jerry was well known in the Deer Park Community, but he was especially recognized for being a dedicated, loyal, long term employee of Frisch’s Big Boy in Blue Ash for 20 plus years. Anyone who knew him, knew him from Deer Park or Frisch’s (his 2nd family and home).
Jerry will be remembered for being a laid back big teddy bear with a huge caring heart. Whenever you would run into Jerry, you could be guaranteed to be greeted with a big tight bear hug or with his big warm smile. He always made sure you felt the love he had for you.
Jerry will never be forgotten! His love for his family, his kindness, his silly unique goofy laugh, and overall just Jerry being Jerry...will forever be remembered and especially missed daily and deeply! May we always remember Jerry and keep him close in our hearts to keep his memory alive forever! We miss you Jerry and will forever love you with all our hearts and more than you’ll ever know!
