John Joshua Isome IV

John Joshua Isome was born on August 4, 1989, to the union of John Edwin and Carolyn Isome. He was affectionately known as “Josh” and his infectious laugh lit up any room. Josh was united in holy matrimony on March 9, 2020 to Ashley Isome. 

Josh was preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn; paternal grandparents John and Georgia Isome; his maternal grandmother, Lula Mae Murray; cousin, Nathaniel Sanders Jr.

Josh was raised in the West End and attended the Cincinnati Public Schools. He was very intelligent and an avid athlete.  During his younger years he played baseball for several neighborhood teams.  Josh loved his family and friends and would give the shirt off his back for those he loved. In his adult years, Josh wrote multiple books and was working on a film along with exploring his love of music.

Josh is survived by his wife, Ashley Isome; his father, John Edwin Isome; 5 siblings; Keisha Scott (Jefferey), Krishawna Cousett ( Emmanuel), Marcus Murray, Kianya Scott, and Marcell Murray; Aunts; Shirley Diane Murray, Annette Isome, Tammy Williams(Reginald); Uncles; Nathaniel Sanders-Tubbs, Ronald Isome (Judith) and Melvin Murray 

His memory lives on with his cousins; Jonte Sanders, Taneka Sanders and Natoya Sanders and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
