Joseph Wayne Downey (Spivey) passed away unexpectedly October 28th, 2023 at his home in Middletown, Ohio. He was 39 years old. He was born on July 3rd, 1984 to the late Tammy Orona & the late Wayne Spivey. He is preceded in death by his parents Tammy & Wayne, step mother Cathy Spivey, both maternal & paternal grandparents, his sister Felicia Downey, niece Destiny Williams, & cousin Jackie Warmoth. He is survived by 3 sisters Tisha Williams, Lisa Spivey (Robinson), Katie Spivey (Mosley), his son Joseph D. Downey, his daughter Haileigh Bowling, “special cousins“ Linda Cramer & Rayetta Waye, “special uncle” Jeff Stephens, nephews Phillip Williams, Gage Williams, Alijah Mobley, & Kyler Hogsten, nieces Savannah Williams, Olivia Williams, Morgan Warmoth, Parris Bush, Jasmine Jackson, Alia Jackson, Sierra Kelly & as well as many other family members & friends who loved him dearly. Joseph went by Joey & he was one of the most special people in the world. Joey loved his family & would be there for anyone if he could.
