Joshua Edward, our Son, Grandson, Brother, Nephew, Uncle, Cousin, and Oh so loving Daddy!

Josh was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 4, 1997. He loved spending time with his dad (Grandpa). Early on, Josh loved nature, landscaping and being able to build or take apart things. His love for nature; Josh would sit on the curb outside his grandparents home, rub his hands in the dirt and suck on rocks for hours. As he got older, he started catching stray animals and reptiles from around the neighborhood and hid them around the house so his mama wouldn’t see/find them. She would be so mad he had animals in her house. He would say, “they need food and a home.”

Josh’s legacy will continue through his children. He loved his kids beyond words/expressions. The Don (London) will always be his first outside heartbeat (Daja). Boo (Aariss) the girl version of Josh (Shay). Baby (Jolie), the babygirl who has him wrapped around her fingers (Nasia). Fattyman (Amiri) the spitting image of the king (Taj). Josh also had two special boys he considered his sons, Ashton and Avari (Taj). He loved having all of his kids together. Anytime they were in need/want, he made it happen, near or far, his children were his life. He wanted a boy so bad, his legacy will continue on with three girls and three boys!

Josh had a smile and personality that just made you shake your head at him and think, “this boy”. He was so helpful and caring. Josh’s legacy not only will be carried by his children, but also his mama (JoAnne), his dad (Edward), his stepdad (B), “Big” sis (Myra) [Ay’Zaria and Azai], little sister (Lil Momma) and baby sister (Brea); his brothers, BoBo [Ezeikle], Duke, William, Marcus [Dakota and Avianna], Junior and Zay; his uncle (Johnny); his auntie (D); his grandma (Peggy Anne); his grandma (Rodina); his fiancée (Tajeh); and so many more siblings, aunts, uncles and cousins.
