Kevon J Nuby

Kevon Javell Nuby (Kemp) was born on March 14, 2000 to Chandura Nuby and Dennis Ware. Kevon played sports and was a smart, strong-willed young man with a heart of gold that you could always count on whether you needed a laugh or help out in life, he was there to provide it. He was a protector and provider, had a charismatic smile and wonderful sense of humor. He was all about family 24/7. Above all else, he was an active father that loved his son, Kalyvn and did anything and everything to pro-vide a wonderful life to him. He loved to be around family and friends and have a good time. At his young age, he was an inspiration and role model to many.

He departed this world on January 19, 2025 and will forever be cherished by: his mother, Chandura Nuby; father, Dennis Ware; his son, Kalvyn Nuby and stepdaughter, Te’Ana Dear (their mother Kalyn Harper); grandmothers, Belinda Nuby Harrison (James), Delores Ware and Virginia Wilks (Michael); grandfathers, Rodney Jones, Joseph Copeland and Early Murden; aunts, LaQuisha Brooks, Angela Hill and Bern-Nadette Dubose; godmother, Keisha Copeland; uncles, Henry Brooks III, Rodney Gallagher, Dominick Stowers, Tirrell Watts(Janell), Rodney Jones, Jr., William Copeland, Sean Copeland, Kyle Copeland and Markus Rayford; sisters, Da’Isha Burton (Joshua), Anjelica Blair, Dyesha Finch and Zaffiah Jackson; brothers, Juwan Nuby, Kameron Copeland, Justin Sims, Skylar Ware, Davoin Mason, Orlando Elliot and Delon Martin (Jannai); nephew, Noel Morgan; nieces, Hazel and Xola Martin; cousin, Shamiya Rayford (favorite); and a host of cousins, family and friends. Kevon was preceded in death by his grandfather, Emory Ware, Sr. and uncle, Emory Ware, Jr.
