Kyle Lee, Sr. Obituary

Kyle Andrew Lee, Sr., age 44, was born April 17, 1982. He departed this life on May 11, 2026. Kyle was the 5th of 5 boys and 1 girl born in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Billie L. and Linda M. Lee. Kyle was a product of Cincinnati Public Schools where he attended Pleasant Ridge Elemen-tary School and Hughes High School before graduating from Harmony Community Schools.

Kyle was very active in the community and in church as an adolescent and teen. He was an active participant in Sunday School, Rose Buds, Young Davids and Inspirational Choir while also serving in cub scouts and playing for various community baseball organizations. One of Kyle’s passions would go on to be singing, directing and encour-aging the Inspirational Choir. He served as Youth Leader of the Youth Ministry of First Baptist Church of Kennedy Heights for many years and was instrumental in bringing youth to the Lord by his kind words, his relatable demeanor and a genuine love for youth without judgement or con-demnation. After graduation, Kyle jumped right into the workforce working his way up the way to management for Larosa’s Pizza, where his light would radiate even more to those he would meet.

Of all the wonderful accomplishments and achievements that Kyle received, the one he loved the most was his beloved son, Kyle Andrew Lee, Jr., affectionately known by “KJ” and to Kyle by “Jr.” KJ, inherited his love for music from his father and begin playing the drums for the choir and anytime Kyle Sr. and KJ had an opportunity to minister together, it was a wonderful occasion and experience for a father and son. In his adult years, Kyle continued to serve as he was employed with the Council on Aging, served as a Trustee, Worship Leader and Maintenance Man at First Baptist. His imprint is definitely left here on those whom he served. Over the past few years, he had began to serve in the capacity of Security Assistant, making his way back to the former Pleasant Ridge School where he grew up and now serving, leading and loving the staff and youth of Pleasant Ridge Montessori. The school loved Mr. Lee and he in return loved them without condition. His impact, imprint and influence stretched all over the school and beyond and it has left a huge void that will not be easily filled. His passion and presence, along with his dedication, determination and commit-ment to make our youth great again, will never be forgotten.

His hobbies included singing, talking to others about the goodness of God, listening to gospel music, spending time with family and door dashing. Kyle was known for his kind words, his love for his family, his willingness to serve, his passion for the youth and love for the Lord. He surrendered his life to the Lord at an early age and the Lord would use him to serve and bring others to salvation. He possessed a conviction and will-ingness to always encourage others to keep trust-ing in the Lord no matter what their current circumstance was.
