LaBarron Edward Kidd AKA Bear was born on December 30, 1961 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Lester and Lula Mae (House) Kidd.
At an early age LaBarron confessed his life to Christ. He was Baptized and became a member at New Prospect Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. T. L. Lane.
He grew up in North Fairmount.
LaBarron attended the Cincinnati Public school system and Hughes High School, where he graduated in 1980 where he played baseball and football. He later continues his education at Garden State University in Kansas, he also played football. After college he started his career as working at Wesleyan Cemetery, he drove buses for Washington Limousine Company and played on the Co-ed Softball Team. He started driving for his brother, Cisco Custom Transportation Company. He also drove for B.B. King. Then later he brought his own rig, where he began working for himself.
LaBarron was a very intelligent and caring person. He was always there for whoever needed him, specially his family. He had no children of his own, but raise several kids as if the where his own.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, Lester and Lula Mae Kidd, his brothers, John Lester Fountain, Melvin (Cisco) Kidd and his sister Willia Ruth James.
He departed this life on August 15, 2021.
LaBarron leaves to cherish is memories; five brothers, William(Bill), Lester,, and Mike Kidd all from Cincinnati, Carlos Kidd of Houston, Texas and Daryl Kidd of Orlando ,Florida; four sisters, Ernestine Kidd, Imogene Kidd- Thomas, of Cincinnati, Ohio: , Irene Kidd of Kissimmee, Florida and Inez Kidd-Thomas of Middletown, Ohio; one uncle, Joe Cochran; one aunt, Alva Bettis, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, many friends and two special friends, Ray Williams of Phoenix, Arizona and Reginald Taylor of Memphis, Tennessee.
