Louise Conley

Mrs. Louise Wofford Conley was born on March 22, 1938 to Mr. Earnest and Lula Mae Wofford in Chickasaw County, Mississippi.  She moved to Middletown, Ohio in 1957 at the age of eighteen.  Louise was a loving person and stayed friend for life with everyone she encountered, they were family to her.

Louise was united in holy matrimony to Mr. Murrie Conley on March 14, 1972 in Middletown, Ohio.  They were blessed with four children.

Louise was a member of Greater Faith Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Ruth Kelly; at the time she joined, Pastor Steve McGee held the office of pastor.

Louise had a close relationship with Christ Jesus.  She remained faithful until her Heavenly Father let her know her time here on earth was complete.  Louise was ready for her departure and transitioned from this life on September 12, 2020.

Louise was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Johnnie Mae Williams and Ruby Bingham; four brothers, Howard Wofford, CH Wofford, Earnest Wofford, Jr. and John R. Wofford; three grandsons Stephen Wofford, Eric Givens and Marqui Conley; two sons-in-law, Perry Potts and Lee “Pee Wee” Holdbrooks.

Louise leaves to cherish her heartfelt memories:  three daughters, Crystal W. Potts of Eupora, MS; Linda Wofford and Leoma (Demeturis) Jones both of Middletown, OH; one son, Ronald Wofford of Middletown, OH: six grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; two sisters-in-law, Shirley (Curtis) Speed and Alice Brandon; one brother-in-law, Freddie Conley; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members, and friends.
