Reva Jean Bush

Reva Jean Bush, 52 of Middletown, Ohio unexpectedly passed away on March 11, 2021 at 8:52 p.m. at Atrium Medical Center. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on March 28, 1968.

She was preceded in death by: her mother, Nellie Sandlin (Riley) and her brother, Charles Sandlin.

She is survived by: her daughter, Nellie (Tony) Bush; two grandsons, Jayden and Tony (BubBub); two brothers, David Sandlin and James Sandlin; three sisters, Ines Stepp, Elaine (Leo) Crawford and Carol Sandlin; also two adoptive daughters, Evelyn Tackett and Erica Loy. She had several nieces, nephews, great[1]nieces, great-nephews and a ton of cousins that she adored dearly.

She was a fan of the University of Kentucky.
