Richard J. Hughes

RICHARD J. HUGHES was born on June 19, 1964 to the late Richard A. Hughes and Georgene Hughes. He entered eternal rest on November 24, 2024. His brother, Rodney and grandfather, George Coulton, Jr. preceded him in death.

Richard accepted Christ under the pastorate of the late Rev. George Washington Caulton. He attended Cincinnati Public School.

Richard worked at various jobs in Cincinnati and Kentucky. He loved being around family. He liked to play dominoes, cards sing and dance at family gatherings. We always teased him of dancing like Carlton on the Fresh Prince.

His spirit of love and laughter will be greatly missed.

He leaves to cherish his memory: two sons, Richard Fields and Brandon Fields (Jessica); his grandsons, Jaden Michael, Brandon Jr., Dexter, Cameron and Jordan; one granddaughter, Jadynn; one niece, Rhonda Harding; special cousin, Tomika Pitts; special friend, Mike McMillan; and a host of relatives and friends.
