Shanda A. Miller

Shanda Annette Miller was born June 17, 1962, in Cincinnati, Ohio to the union of Robert Britton and Cora Lee Miller. Shanda was called home by God on November 5, 2020.

Shanda was educated in the Cincinnati Public School system and attended Withrow High School. She loved helping and being around people and had various jobs where she was able to do just that.

Shanda’s big warm smile, infectious laugh and bubbly personality raised the spirit and energy in every room she entered. Shanda was known for her style and grace, not a hair out of place and her love of jazz and dancing.

Anyone who knew Shanda knew of the love and adoration she had for devoted son Robert, who was there with her until the very end.

Shanda was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Britton and Cora Lee Miller; brother: Anthony Miller, Sr., and beloved nephews: Gregory “Laney” Miller and Randrick Miller.

Shanda’s loving spirit will forever be cherished by her loving son: Robert Miller; granddaughters: Zaryah Miller and Ayden Greene; brothers: Otis Miller, who she affectionately called Blackie and Robert Britton; sisters: Vicki (Carlos) Sohan, Sharon (Kenneth) Woods, Wanda Wilkes, Karen (Maurice) Young, Carlotta Gordon, Shirlene Britton, Barbara Britton and Brittany Bradshaw; uncles: Eddie Miller and Thomas Fowler; and special friend: Charles Hickland. Shanda will also be missed dearly by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members and friends she touched with her beautiful smile and loving spirit.
