Sharla Collins was born in Detroit Michigan but raised in Cincinnati Ohio she was born January 29, 1971 to Sandra Collins she was the middle child of three the oldest being Landell Collins and youngest Shante Collins.
Sharla was baptized and raised catholic she went to St. Pius Elementary in South Cummingsville before before switching to public schools where she attended Washington elementary and Heinold Junior High School. At Western Hills high school she was an honor student and received a four year scholarship to any school. She chose Ohio state where she earned her degree in family economics. While attending Ohio State Sharla was a part of the Kappa diamonds alongside with childhood friend Deanne Crooms
She began working at the Gap where she supported transportation system projects and most recently was apart of the global transportation operation center. She had superb customer service skills, was well liked by many of fellow employees, and was very knowledgeable about the company. October 30 would make 21 years of her working for the gap.
Sharla was blessed with a daughter (Kailyn Dudley) in 1996. Four years later she was blessed with fraternal twins (Eric and Troy Blackmon) Who she worked nonstop to provide for.
Sharla was caring, hard-working, sweet, and very generous she enjoyed making every holiday one to remember with her cooking skills, she always gave the best gifts too ! She also loved to online shop, rest outside on her porch, and to read.
She is survived by her mother; Sandra, siblings; Landell and Shante, children; Kailyn , Eric and Troy many nieces and nephews and also beloved friends.
