Sharon Denise Harley

Sharon Denise Harley passed away from this life peacefully on April 9, 2025, in Cincinnati Ohio.  Born to Minnie and Coleman Harley on November 8, 1958, she was 66 years old.  She was a beloved sister, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She leaves behind to mourn her passing six siblings, Deborah, Darryl, David, Julia, Kevin and Lauren, a daughter Portia, four grandchildren Tyler, Ravonne, Briana and Paris, as well as great-grand children, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A lifelong Cincinnati resident, Sharon graduated from Woodward High School and earned an Associate Degree from the University of Cincinnati. For over twenty (20) years Sharon was a longtime career employee of Cincinnati Children's Hospital.

Sharon was a very active and faithful member of Calvary Missionary Baptist Church where she dedicated her love for the ministry as the Assistant Finance Treasurer, member of the Nurses Guild, choral groups including the Voices of Calvary, the Diatheke Singers, and the Crusaders.  She regularly attended Sunday School and received her "Golden Ager" award, representing a 50-year church member distinction.

Sharon truly enjoyed socializing with her family and friends, especially for holidays and family events.  She loved good meals from preparing her own Sunday dinners to barbecues and family reunion celebrations.
