Thomas Holman was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama on May 25, 1941, to the union of Samuel and Mollie Holman. The family moved to Cincinnati, Ohio in 1942. Other siblings included Emma Holman (sister), Brinson Terry (deceased) and Danny Terry (deceased)
Thomas attended and graduated from Robert A. Taft High School where he played in the band. He also graduated from the University of Cincinnati Evening College with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Thomas united in Holy Matrimony to Delores Bradford in October 1965. To this union was born one daughter, Sharon. He was a very devoted father and brother.
Thomas was employed at Merrell Dow for 25 years, until his time of retirement. He loved bowling, fishing, traveling, photography and entertaining.
Thomas is preceded in death by his wife, Delores; parents, Samuel and Mollie Holman; and brothers, Brinson Terry and Danny Terry.
Thomas leaves to cherish his memories: one daughter, Sharon Holman; sister, Emma Holman; cousins, the Long, Binford and Cottingham families (with Bertha Cottingham, matriarch of the family will be 100 years old on July 16th) of Cincinnati, Ohio and the Green family of Columbus, Ohio; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A precious one from us is gone,
A voice we loved is still.
A place is vacant in our home,
Which never can be filled.
