Mr. Timothy Ray Allen was born on March 27, 1967, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Ray was 59 years old when God called him home.
He graduated from Camp High School.
He worked at Cincinnati Public School, Cincinnati temp service, Keith Rucker and worked for 20 years at Princeton School Football Camp. Ray or Tim as we called him, loved his sports and his children and his boys and his two dogs. He was good in sports.
Tim coached the Jaguar and Warhawks and took them to the Superbowl and won. Other teams in Price Hill, Lincoln Heights, Evanston, The Bears and Tigers were some of the teams he played with.
Ray went to Bright Star Baptist Church with his family. He loved the Lord. He sang with his dad and played the drum for the Soul Redeemers.
Ray was a man of his word. He gave his all to his work and family and friends. He was funny and brought joy and love to others. He is going to be missed by many. His words he always said is, “You the three’s: simple, stupid and slow.” Then he said, “pick one, and is this the hill you want to die on. I got God and he sits high and looks low and takes care of me.”
Ray had one daughter, Desiray that I know he loved very much.
He was preceded in death by his father, Samuel Allen; mother, Alberta Terry Allen; and siblings, Gwen, Robert, Janet and Ronald.
Ray leaves behind: his fiancé, Myrtle A. Mixon; daughter, Desiray Allen; two brothers, Ronnie and Shawn Allen; special niece, Towanna Alexander; and a host of other relatives and friends.
