Valerie A. Grove

December 10, 1970, Valerie Ann Grove was born in Cincinnati Ohio to the late Neal Smith Sr. and Johnnie Mae Lindsay. She was the eldest of three children. 

She graduated from Aiken High School and received her associate’s degree in paralegal studies from Cincinnati State College. She worked at Reisenfeld and Associates for several years. 

Her memory is cherished by her two brothers: Neal Smith Jr. (Judy) and Antoine Smith Sr (Tina): three nieces, Kaitlyn Smith, Jusida (Pinky) Smith, Katrina Carmichael (Ryan): four nephews, Antoine Smith Jr., Lamont Smith, Juneal Smith and Juezal Smith; great nephew, Chace Carmichael; her husband, James Cole and a host of relatives and many friends.
