Victor B. Allen was born on November 6, 1962 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the parents of J. B. and Ernestine Allen. He was the sixth child to be born among his siblings.
Victor attended Bond Hill Elementary School. As a student at Crest Hills Junior High, he was an outstanding nose tackle. He also played baseball and could make a ball scream! He graduated from Woodward High School in 1980.
Victor was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. He attended church each Sunday morning with his family. Over the years, Victor would tell memorable testimonies with his sister about the goodness and faithfulness of God.
Victor was very active throughout his lifetime. He coached a little league baseball and football teams. He worked as a manager for Famous Recipe, trained dogs for the Cincinnati Police Department and also worked at Firestone Tires, Highway Maintenance in Indiana and Illinois and managed a Trailer Park in Sunman, Indiana.
Victor’s wife, Stephanie preceded him in death.
He leaves to cherish his memory: five children – daughters, V.L. Allen, Ashley Allen, Shaylynn Allen, Keyanna Allen and son, Tyson Allen; two aunts, Pearl Allen and Alice Jones; sister, Gloria Frost and brothers, Richard Allen, Kenneth Allen and Jerry Allen; and a host of beloved cousins and friends.
