Vincent "Piggly Wiggly" Singletary

Vincent Douglass Harrell Singletary was born on November 10, 1960, in West Palm Beach, Florida to Della Singletary and Abraham Brown.

In 1962, Vincent, along with his mother, moved to Hawkinsville, Georgia where she met Office Singletary, Sr. and to this union, Office raised Vincent as his own.

In July of 1965, Office and Della moved to Hamilton, Ohio where Vincent attended the Butler County Schools where he became known as Piggly Wiggly. If you paid attention to those ears, you too would know why he was known as Pig.

When he became an adult, Vincent moved back to Georgia where he gained employment with the City of Hawkinsville. That’s when he met Jawanna’s mother and she became his little “Pooh”.

Vincent departed this life on June 5, 2026, in Hamilton, Ohio. He leaves to cherish his memory: mother, Della Singletary; father, Office Singletary, Sr.; daughter, Jawanna; siblings, Charles (Laronda), Joeseph (Asia), James (Toni), Luevenia, Office Jr., Jeff, Bernice, Genita and a special sister, Tonie Kirkland; uncle, James Harrell of West Palm Beach, Florida; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Vincent has gone on to see and rest with his family members (deceased): Harry Harrell (Arila), Mattie Mae Harrell, Josephine Thomas, Eliza Jane Lumpkin, Leola Harrell, Sylvester Harrell, Johnnie Lee Harrell, Aaron Harrell and Grant Harrell, Jr.
