Viola Lee Twitty was born on February 13, 1958 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She accepted Christ at an early age while attending Calvary United Methodist Church. Viola was preceded in death by her mother, Betty D. Twitty and father, Calvin Rogers; a brother, John Michael Twitty and a special niece, Nickeisha “Keisha” Holloman.
Viola attended Cincinnati Public Schools and graduated from Hughes High school in 1976. She was employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant at various health care facilities in the Cincinnati area with the last 14 years at the Oak Pavilion Nursing Facility. Due to health challenges, Viola retired from Oak Pavilion in January, 2019.
Viola leaves to cherish her memory: her sisters, Deborah D. Greene, Toni Rogers, Rita Johnson-Phillips, Keiana Rogers, Marlene Rogers; her brother, Robert A Twitty; and a special great nephew, Dylan Ingram (Indianapolis); along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Viola will be truly missed by family and friends but remembered fondly for her sweet, loving kindness.
