Mr. Charles personally assisted our family, told us how to save money and didn't add on any extra charges. He along with his staff were genuine, friendly and very professional at all times. Preston Charles and staff took VERY GOOD care of us. My mom passed unexpectedly so we were totally unprepared. Preston and staff patiently walked us through all the steps, followed up and responded after hours, and always made room for last minute arrangements with their busy schedule. On Feb. 15, (2021), during the worst snowstorm of the season, Preston Charles Funeral Home handled my mother's funeral service. Despite the challenges that day (and there were many) This funeral home conducted services for our loved one that greatly helped my extended family with taking the necessary steps through the grieving process. All of the staff, including Mr. Preston Charles himself, were helpful in guiding us through everything. In particular, the funeral director, Ms. Kamira Davis, was well-informed, courteous, supportive, and professional throughout the process of planning and conducting the service. I have known Preston Charles for approximately sixteen years; I worked with him five of those years. He was always professional and polite. If I had a question and he was available, I was comfortable asking him for help. We developed a comfortable friendship that was passed to my brother and sister-in-law. They were in his company twice, and my brother and sister-in-law were impressed with him. Therefore, when Ronnie passed, Diane called Preston; and we never looked back. Everything was handled and carried out beautifully; no question was unanswered. With this pandemic that we are suffering through, everything is different. Preston Charles is an exceptional funeral home. I met Mr Charles before the loss of my father. We wanted to be prepared and Mr. Charles was so kind, patient and full of knowledge it made this time for us much easier. He was very professional and accommodating to me. In March 2019, my mother passed away in the state of Georgia. Her services were held in Cincinnati, Ohio where she grew up. Preston Charles Jr. and his staff handled all the arrangements for getting my mom’s body back to Cincinnati and helping me, long distance, with arranging her services Preston Charles Jr. and his staff are the most caring, personable, compassionate, friendly, professional group of people I’ve had the pleasure of working withduring this sorrowful time.
